Developed a 1D Convolutional Neural Network to estimate the Remaining Useful Life (RUL) of turbofan engines from the NASA CMAPSS dataset. Achieved 94.2% accuracy — transforming raw engine telemetry into proactive failure prevention.

Autonomous Multi-Agent Procurement Intelligence
End-to-end agentic procurement system powered by LangGraph orchestration and CrewAI agents — autonomously researching suppliers, analysing pricing trends, and generating procurement recommendations. Backed by PostgreSQL, Redis, and Groq's Llama 3.3 for ultra-fast inference. Real-time analytics surfaced through a Streamlit dashboard. Built entirely on a free-tier stack.
